Vocational College Lappia provides vocational education for the young and adults in Kemi, Keminmaa, Kolari, Loue, Muonio, Pello, Simo and Tornio.

There are about 2600 students in the College with a staff of 420.

Education is provided in 50 study programmes leading to 30 different vocational qualifications. In addition to the vocational qualifications the college provides versatile adult education and apprenticeship training.

Students can obtain vocational upper secondary qualifications in the following five fields:

  • Culture
  • Nature
  • Service
  • Social and Health Care
  • Technology 

The College cooperates with the Swedish upper secondary school Tornedalsskola in Haparanda, Sweden.
