Apprenticeship training is an optional way for obtaining an upper secondary vocational qualification, a further vocational qualification or a specialist vocational qualification. It opens up a possibility to further training to apprentices by way of working.
Apprenticeship training is based on an employment agreement (= apprenticeship contract) between the student and the employer, which the education provider confirms. In the contract the employer commits to train the apprentice up for a profession and to enable apprentice’s participation in the theoretical periods of the training in the College.
Apprenticeship training is arranged both for the young and adults. |
